Anne Murray, Children's Yoga Teacher & Primary School Teacher

From my first meeting with Christina I found her to be an honest and sincere person with a passion for yoga as a way of life.   There was always an atmosphere of calm and of openness at Chroi Yoga Classes. It really impressed me that Christina, rather than come to her class with a set lesson plan to get done, she instead, always took time at the start of her yoga classes to observe how each of the children were that day in order to understand what they needed most from their yoga practice. Christina was always calm and caring and she guided the children to explore their own individual yoga practice in fun and imaginative ways. Thanks so much to Christina and the Children at Chroi Yoga for all you taught me during my training. Namaste.

Anne Murray.
Summer 2014

Caroline & Niall

Our two daughters have been attending Christina's Children's Chroi Yoga Classes since she set them up two years ago ,here in Dublin. She is really wonderful with our children, because she also has been taking care of them part - time for us ( full time during school holidays) for over the last 4 & 1/2 years, while at the same time pursuing her career in Yoga also. Christina is not only very caring & very responsible, but with her hugely extensive training/background in Education ,she works with the girls on an educational level also by especially encouraging Independence & Responsibility (their level only). We have left Christina totally in charge with the girls while we were way on vacation, because we totally trust her. Both our girls have become little Yogini's with the experience from Christina's classes, which they really enjoy going to. Enjoying especially the freedom of flexibility & the relaxation techniques involved. We would highly recommend Christina's yoga classes for Children & Family Yoga too.

I have known Christina for many years, both as a yoga soulmate and accomplished teacher, and also as a good friend in whom I would seek counsel in time of crisis. I love attending Christina's adult yoga classes because she brings a special level of awareness, warmth and spiritual depth to her practice and teaching of yoga, which is deeply enriching for the body and soul of anyone receiving it.

I also invite Christina to give childrens' yoga and mindfulness classes, parent and child yoga and staff workshops in my childcare setting throughout the year. Combining her Montessori teaching background and her yoga, her childrens' yoga and mindfulness classes completely embrace the Early Childhood AISTEAR curriculum – in promoting well-being, identity and belonging, communication and learning & thinking. She has a particularly good way with children where they feel very much at ease and listened to in her company. Her work with children and families, is exemplary, kind and skilful. She leaves everyone, not only the children but the adults also in a happy 'zen' state, after her classes.

Christina has a very open heart hense the name of her website 'chroi' yoga.
